You can then receive a "notification of interest" from a province if your profile meets their needs, or you can apply to an Express Entry-aligned PNP stream yourself. If nominated, you receive an additional 600 CRS points, virtually guaranteeing an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence in the next Express Entry draw.
